The Method

Subconscious Imprint Repatterning is a therapeutic method I developed, grounded in neuroscience, hypnosis, somatic work, and family systems, to access and transform the root cause of limiting beliefs and lifelong patterns.

Hypnosis, demystified.

Hypnosis is one of the most misunderstood words in this field. It carries associations from stage shows and films that have nothing to do with what it really is.

Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and heightened focus. You enter it every night as you fall asleep and every morning as you wake up. You enter it when you are absorbed in a book, lost in music, or driving on a familiar road and arriving somewhere with no memory of the journey.

It is the state where the conscious mind softens and the subconscious becomes more accessible. The brainwaves slow from beta, the rational thinking state, into alpha and theta, slower, more visual, more creative states. You remain aware throughout. You can hear me, speak with me, open your eyes if you want, and come out of it whenever you choose. You are never out of control. What changes is what becomes possible. The analytical mind that usually filters and argues with new information goes quiet. The deeper, more intuitive part of you becomes accessible. We can find the imprints driving a pattern, work directly with them, and lay down new information at the level the brain actually changes from.

What really is the subconscious?

The subconscious is the storehouse of every belief, emotional imprint, and pattern you have absorbed since before you were born. It holds your earliest memories, what you were passed down from your family, the moments that have shaped how you view yourself, and the patterns you developed as a result of your upbringing and unique story. It governs around 95% of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The decisions you think you are making consciously are largely being shaped by patterns held in your subconscious. Your sense of what is possible for you, who you are allowed to be, what love feels like, how safe the world is, all of this is mapped out in your subconscious.

This is why so much of personal development hits a wall. You cannot change the subconscious by thinking your way through it. You have to access it directly. That is what hypnosis allows you to do.

What happens during a session?

We begin with a conversation. Before we go into hypnosis, we talk about what you’re looking to transform in your life, what you are ready to move away from and what it is you’d like to create for yourself.

I then guide you into hypnosis. As the conscious mind softens, things begin to surface that have not been accessible in everyday life. Images, sensations, memories you were perhaps not even aware of. I follow what arises, and guide you to the core memories where the pattern first took shape, so we can understand and release the blockage at its root.

What happens there depends on what we find. Sometimes there is a younger version of you who needs to hear something they were not told at the time. Sometimes there is an emotion that has been stored in the body for decades and is finally ready to move. I am with you the whole time, asking questions and helping you lay down new information and emotional imprints in your mind.
