Hi, I’m Jessie and I help women unlock self-belief because when you believe in yourself, transformation becomes inevitable
Here’s a little story about my journey into coaching…
In 2011, during a personal growth retreat, I experienced a complete shift in my understanding of what’s possible for one’s self. I realised that underpinning the idea we hold of ourselves, is an inner world that knows no limits. And that learning to navigate this inner world would give my life much greater meaning and purpose. Since that day, I’ve dedicated myself to building a life rooted in self-awareness, and the courage to pursue what truly fulfills me.
Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to develop myself as a coach by working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them release deep-rooted traumas and limiting beliefs to uncover a happier, more fulfilled version of themselves. For five years, I co-facilitated retreats in the UK, the US, and Brazil, supporting participants to explore and address the root causes of their biggest personal challenges, and redefine their life direction.
In the next chapter of my life, I spent seven years supporting individuals through profound personal transformations, helping them gain clarity on their purpose and how they could amplify their impact on the world.
Today, I work as a full-time life coach and live in London with my husband, two cats and baby on the way.
It’s these experiences, along with my passion for living an authentic and fulfilling life, that have shaped who I am today and the wisdom and insights I have to offer.
